1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and xbaje ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the xbaje platform, including all games, services, features, and content made available through https://xbaje.bar ("the Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform. xbaje reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain aware of any changes.

2Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an account on xbaje, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. xbaje operates a strict minimum age policy. Players who are found to be under the age of 21 will have their accounts permanently closed and all funds held in the account will be forfeited without exception.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party. Corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted on the xbaje platform.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your account and during any subsequent identity verification process (KYC). Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, contractor, or close family member of an employee of xbaje or any of its affiliated game providers or technology partners. Such persons are ineligible to hold player accounts.

xbaje reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time frame may result in account restriction or closure.

3Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one account on the xbaje platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified, xbaje reserves the right to close all accounts except the first registered account, and to forfeit any balances or bonus funds held in the additional accounts. The following conditions apply to all registered accounts:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must notify xbaje customer support immediately if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised or that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. xbaje will not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to protect your account credentials.
• Account registration requires a valid Bangladesh mobile number. This number serves as your primary account identifier and will be used to deliver OTPs for login and withdrawal verification. You must ensure this number remains active throughout your account lifetime.
• xbaje reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) checks at any time. This may include requesting copies of a government-issued national identification document, utility bill or bank statement as proof of address, and confirmation of payment method ownership. Accounts may be restricted pending KYC completion.
• You are responsible for ensuring that all personal information held by xbaje on your account is accurate and up to date at all times. Notify xbaje immediately if any of your registered details change, including your mobile number or payment method.

xbaje will never contact players to request account passwords or full OTP codes via any channel, including live chat, email, SMS, or social media. Any communication purportedly from xbaje requesting such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to xbaje customer support immediately.

4Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

xbaje processes all player financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform supports deposits and withdrawals via the following locally integrated payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit set by the platform, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits as per their service terms.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name and verified as part of the KYC process. xbaje does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Any funds deposited from an unverified or third-party source may be held pending investigation and may be returned without interest.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity and payment verification. xbaje will process approved withdrawal requests within the processing time displayed in the withdrawal section of your account dashboard. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and current volume of requests.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used to make the deposit(s) into the account, unless otherwise approved by xbaje customer support following satisfactory verification of identity and payment ownership.
• xbaje reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request. Where a withdrawal request triggers an internal fraud, money laundering, or responsible gaming review, the processing of that request may be delayed pending the outcome of that review.

xbaje does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment service provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) may apply their own service charges as per their published fee schedules. xbaje is not responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment providers.

5Bonuses and Promotions

xbaje may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, or other promotional incentives to new and existing players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, and time limit for each offer will be stated in the specific terms for that promotion. Standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount unless otherwise specified.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms. Any attempt to claim the same bonus multiple times through different accounts constitutes abuse and will result in account suspension.
• xbaje reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus is cancelled after it has already been credited to a player's account, the bonus amount and any associated winnings that have not yet met the wagering requirement will be removed from the account.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied. Bonus funds may not be transferred to another player's account under any circumstances.
• xbaje may verify that a player's betting patterns during a bonus period represent genuine gaming activity. Where xbaje determines that a player has engaged in bet hedging, void-bet strategies, or any other pattern of play designed to convert bonus funds into withdrawable cash without genuine risk, xbaje reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings.

Welcome bonuses and first-deposit bonuses are available to new players only and may be claimed once only. Existing players who close and re-register accounts in order to claim new-player bonuses are not eligible for those bonuses, and any such attempt constitutes a breach of these Terms.

6Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on xbaje are subject to the rules of the individual game or sports market in which the bet is placed, as displayed on the Platform at the time the bet is accepted. The following general rules apply to all bets and gaming activity on xbaje:

• Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. xbaje reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted as a result of a technical error, manifest pricing error, or system malfunction, in which case the stake will be returned to the player's account.
• Live in-play betting markets may be suspended or closed by xbaje at any time in response to significant on-field events, data feed disruptions, or at xbaje's discretion. Bets placed before a suspension event is confirmed are valid unless the bet falls within the scope of a void ruling.
• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) software. The house edge for each game is determined by the game provider and is reflected in the published Return to Player (RTP) percentage for that game. Past results do not influence future outcomes.
• Winnings from sports betting are calculated at the odds displayed and confirmed at the time the bet is accepted. xbaje does not guarantee the availability of any particular sports market or odds at any given time. Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the xbaje platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account immediately suspended, their balances forfeited, and may be permanently barred from re-registering. In serious cases, xbaje may refer the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one player account, whether under the same name, a different name, or using another person's identity, for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses, circumventing account restrictions, or for any other reason.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means to interact with the Platform, place bets, navigate the interface, or claim bonuses.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any coordinated strategy designed to exploit game mechanics or obtain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal activity, including fraud, theft, or other criminal means. xbaje implements anti-money laundering (AML) controls and cooperates fully with law enforcement investigations where required.
• Attempting to access the Platform using a VPN, proxy server, or any other means of IP obfuscation where the purpose of doing so is to circumvent geographic restrictions or to obscure your true location or identity.
• Harassing, threatening, or using abusive, discriminatory, or offensive language toward xbaje customer support staff or other players via any communication channel, including live chat.

xbaje's determination of whether conduct falls within the scope of prohibited behaviour is final and binding. Players who disagree with a decision made under this section may submit a formal complaint through xbaje's customer support channel, but such a complaint does not suspend the actions already taken by xbaje pending resolution.

8Responsible Gaming

xbaje is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players on its platform. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our responsibility to support those players seriously. The following responsible gaming provisions apply to all xbaje accounts:

• Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account at any time through the account settings section of the Platform. Deposit limit reductions take effect immediately. Deposit limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Players may request a temporary time-out from the Platform at any time. Time-out periods are available in durations of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or a custom period of up to 180 days. During a time-out, the player's account will be suspended and no deposits, bets, or withdrawals (other than withdrawal of existing balances) will be permitted.
• Players who feel that they have developed a problematic relationship with gambling may request permanent self-exclusion by contacting xbaje customer support. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of 12 months and will result in the permanent closure of the player's account. Any balance remaining at the time of self-exclusion will be returned to the player.
• All xbaje players must be aged 21 or above. This is a firm, non-negotiable requirement. If you know or suspect that someone under the age of 21 is accessing xbaje using your account or device, you must contact customer support immediately to report the matter and request account suspension.

9Intellectual Property

All content available on the xbaje platform, including but not limited to game interfaces, graphics, logos, icons, text, audio, video, data compilations, software, and the overall arrangement and presentation of the Platform, is the property of xbaje or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You must not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or otherwise exploit any portion of the Platform or its content for any commercial purpose without the express prior written consent of xbaje. You must not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any software forming part of the Platform.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xbaje, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of revenue, or any interruption of service, even if xbaje has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

xbaje does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption, that it will be free from errors or defects, or that any defect will be corrected within a specific time frame. xbaje's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your xbaje account in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.

11Account Suspension and Termination

xbaje reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice. Grounds for suspension or termination include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including the prohibited conduct rules set out in Section 7 above.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable period when requested by xbaje.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any activity that xbaje reasonably believes to be in breach of applicable law.
• At the player's own request, including requests for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming provisions of these Terms.

12Privacy and Data Protection

xbaje collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and forms a binding part of the agreement between you and xbaje. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

xbaje implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. All financial transaction data is encrypted in transit using 256-bit SSL encryption. xbaje will not sell your personal data to third parties. Personal data may be shared with authorised third-party service providers (including payment processors, KYC verification providers, and technology partners) solely for the purpose of delivering the Platform's services to you.

13Amendments to These Terms

xbaje reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, xbaje will endeavour to provide advance notice to registered players via the Platform or by notification to the player's registered contact details. The revised Terms will be published on the Platform and will take effect from the date of publication or such later date as xbaje specifies.

Your continued use of the Platform after the revised Terms have taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request closure of your account by contacting xbaje customer support.

14Governing Law and Contact

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which xbaje is registered and operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform that cannot be resolved through xbaje's internal complaint procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
